AI-Technologist based in the USA innovating the future of media
My name is Joshua Van Doren. I am a technologist developing AI-powered solutions that enhance how media is created, analyzed, and experienced.

Where i Began my jouney
My journey began as the Fabrication Lead for FIRST Robotics Team 1671, where I developed a passion for building complex robotic systems. That experience led me to study Computer Science at San Diego State University, where I became Software Lead for the university’s mechatronics team. There, I implemented computer vision systems and underwater drone kinematics for an autonomous vehicle called Scion.
During college, I also worked with DICE Labs, developing a computer vision stack for a Clearpath Husky Rover integrated with Universal Robots robotic arms.
Today, I apply my background in AI, computer vision, robotics, automation, and data analytics to the media industry, building intelligent systems that generate, analyze, and optimize creative workflows and content production.

A divirsified skillset of AI, Computer Vision, Automation, Robotics, and Data Analytics
Leveraging expertise in AI, computer vision, automation, robotics, and data analytics, I develop innovative solutions that push the boundaries of modern media production. By combining advanced technology with creative problem-solving, I aim to drive new workflows, enhance visual storytelling, and shape the future of media through intelligent, automated systems.
Using AI-driven generation and creative direction, I recreated a cinematic Sci-fi classic Dune themed sequence featuring Jason Derulo to demonstrate how generative tools can rapidly prototype casting concepts and produce high-quality visual narratives without traditional production pipelines
I design automated media pipelines using tools like n8n to streamline content generation, data analysis, and production workflows, reducing manual processes and enabling faster, scalable creative operations across modern media systems

I combine robotics and computer vision to explore intelligent camera systems and automated production tools, bridging robotic control with visual perception to enable more dynamic, data-driven media creation and cinematography
